Order Processing & Dispatch
- We process orders every day (including public holidays)
- Most Orders are despatched the same day and always within 48 hours of payment confirmation
- You'll receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Delivery
- Delivery charges will be determined at checkout, typically £3.99 to £5.99 with UK orders over £49 being despatched for free.

International Shipping
- European Union: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 5-7 business days* 
- International shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination but typically £10.99 for EU and £20 for the rest of the rest of the world with orders over £149 usually being despatched for free.

*Please note: Delivery times and charges are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs clearance for international orders. Orders outside of UK and USA are despatched non duty paid so customers are responsible for any import duty or taxes charged in their country.
