All UK orders are sent by 24 Hour Tracked delivery. There is no need to sign for your order, but you will know when it is on its way and when it has been delivered.
All overseas orders are sent using International Tracked and Signed service (where available).

All our products come in pouches, so they should usually fit through a letterbox.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know before 3:30pm UK time. This gives us time to cancel the order before we process the next batch for dispatch. We will also give a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order and request a refund. When we have received the return, your refund will be given.
