2. Provide your order number
3. Let us know you'd like a refund

It's that simple! You'll receive confirmation when your refund is processed, and funds will return to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

European Union Customers
Under EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason. For EU returns:
