Terms and Conditions
We provide a simple set of terms and conditions to give you confidence in ordering from us; while providing rapid and satisfactory resolution of a problem in the unlikely event a problem occurs.
- All goods are sold if you are aged 18 years old or more and are purchased for your personal use
- All card debits are taken in GB Pounds Sterling
- All non-UK card payments will be converted and debited automatically at the exchange rate of the customer’s card issuer. A customer’s card issuer may make additional charges for currency conversion and this is not a charge made by PHD Ltd nor a charge we will receive
- For non-UK orders the customer is the importer of record and is liable for any custom duty fees payable.
- All orders will be shipped the next working day after the order and payment has been received
- UK orders (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) should arrive within 3-5 working days
- European orders (including the Irish Republic) should arrive within 8-14 days
- Orders to the rest of the world should be received within 15-28 days
- If you have not received your order by the above time, please contact PHD Ltd by phone or email
- NON-UK customers are liable for any duties, taxes and custom fees due or charged in their country, as the customer is legally the primary importer.
- If you have not received your order after 28 days, please contact PHD Ltd by email or phone so we can work with you to send your order again.
- Unopened/unused goods can be returned for any reason up to 28 days after receipt and a full refund will be given once the returned goods have been received
- Only unopened/unused goods will be accepted after 28 days of receipt and a refund will only be given on the unopened/unused goods (this does not apply in the case of damaged goods being received)
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returned goods reach PHD Ltd safely, in a saleable and complete condition
- All original packaging should always be returned
- Goods are returned by the customer at their expense and no refund on return postage costs will be made by PHD Ltd
- Goods which arrive damaged are eligible for a full refund or re-dispatch
- Refunds and re-dispatches will not be issued until the original goods have been safely returned by the customer and received by PHD Ltd
- Advance notice of goods being returned should be sent by email to PHD (UK) Ltd
