How long will it take for my order to arrive once dispatched?
Provided the items are in stock, the average delivery times for an order once dispatched is:
- UK 3-5 working days
- Europe & USA 8 working days
- Rest of the world 14 working days
These are usual delivery times but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
What does it cost to send my order?

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
On the rare and unfortunate event your order arrives damaged; is incorrect or incomplete – don’t panic! Simply get in touch by phone or email. We will reply rapidly with full details of what to do with incorrect or damaged items. Replacements for damaged, incorrect or missing items will be dispatched immediately.
I live outside the UK – is there anything I need to know about receiving my order?
All our products are legal in the country of manufacture and dispatch. When ordering from PHD Ltd you are considered the importer of record. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the items. Customs policies vary widely, so if in doubt you should contact your local customs office for further advice. You will be responsible for any taxes that may be levied in your country on the products you buy.
How will my order be packed?
All orders are sent in plain packaging and are correctly yet discreetly marked on customs forms (where applicable). All orders are sent in protective packaging to ensure they arrive with you safely and undamaged.
