As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily before breakfast. May be repeated before lunch, or as recommended by a health professional. Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, diabetic or have high blood pressure. Discontinue use if dizzy or experiencing rapid heartbeats. Consult your physician or GP prior to using this product if you are lactating, nursing, taking medication (including OTC medications), or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not exceed suggested daily levels. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
